Hi, I’m Kimia, a certified personal trainer based in Vancouver who transformed my own health journey into a passion for helping others build strength, confidence, and lasting wellness. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to start from scratch, and that’s why I offer realistic, supportive fitness coaching tailored to your unique goals and lifestyle.
My personal journey into fitness began with my own health challenges. Through consistent training and smarter habits, I changed my life, became a certified personal trainer and now I’m here to help you do the same. With a focus on functional movement and sustainable progress, I work with clients of all levels to improve strength, mobility, and overall well being.
I believe that true results come from building routines that fit your life, not relying on extreme diets or short-term fixes. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to level up your training, I’ll guide you with energy, structure, and strategies that work for you, so you can feel your best and stay consistent for the long haul.
